Who We Are
Doctor Wellness Journal is an independent health publication. We are a small editorial team — not doctors — who research common health questions and explain them in plain language.
Our writers: Daniel Hart covers men’s urinary and prostate health; Claire Morgan covers diabetes symptoms and blood sugar basics. Every article tells you who wrote it.
How We Create Content
Every article starts with a real question people ask. We research it using peer-reviewed studies and official medical organizations, cross-check claims across at least two independent sources, and link to those sources in the text so you can verify everything yourself.
We write in plain English and clearly separate established evidence from areas where research is still limited.
Our Sources
We rely on: PubMed-indexed peer-reviewed research, the National Institutes of Health (NIH/NIDDK), the NHS, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and official guidelines from bodies such as the American Urological Association.
We do not cite studies we haven’t read, and we never invent statistics.
What We Don’t Do
We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, or tell you to start or stop any medication.
We do not accept payment for product rankings. If a company’s product appears in our reviews, that placement was not bought.
How We Make Money
Some articles contain affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Affiliate relationships never change what we write: our review criteria are published here, and we disclose affiliate links in every article that has them.
Corrections
Found an error? Email us at doctorwellnessjournal@gmail.com — we review every report, correct confirmed errors within 7 days, and note the correction on the article.
Medicine changes; we’d rather fix a mistake than defend it.

Editorial Team
Doctor Wellness Journal is maintained by an editorial team focused on clear, practical health and wellness education. We write for readers who want to understand symptoms, supplement options, product claims, and questions worth discussing with a qualified healthcare professional.
Sources Policy
When medical or supplement topics are discussed, we prioritize reputable public sources such as government health agencies, medical organizations, peer-reviewed research, product labels, official brand information, and clearly identified customer-facing policy pages. Articles are reviewed for clarity, realistic claims, and separation between education and promotion.
Medical Disclaimer
Content on Doctor Wellness Journal is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, medication, treatment decisions, or supplement use.
Editorial Standards
Doctor Wellness Journal publishes educational health and wellness guides for readers who want clearer information before comparing supplements, product options, or common health symptoms.
- Editorial review: articles are checked for clarity, cautious health wording, red-flag guidance, and realistic claims before publication.
- Sources policy: health guides use reputable references such as national health services, medical institutions, government health resources, and research databases when appropriate.
- Medical boundaries: content does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency advice. Readers with urgent, severe, persistent, or worsening symptoms should contact a qualified healthcare professional.
- Affiliate boundaries: supplement content may include affiliate links, but product claims are kept separate from medical care advice. Supplements are discussed as support, not cures.
- Corrections: readers can contact us about factual concerns, updates, feedback, or partnership questions at doctorwellnessjournal@gmail.com.
